Like I said in my last post, I have been very busy. I haven't really had time to do the blog but things are slowing down or leveling off rather and I thought I would make some time to show what we have been up to in the kitchen. It has been a very challenging time here at the new job. I am essentially a personal chef to all of our members. The biggest obstacle has been learning what they like without being able to sit down with them and actually ask about their likes, dislikes, allergies and philosphy about food. It's part mind reading and part trial by fire but we are figuring it out one person at a time...
